I used to work as a prosecutor and then an attorney for social services. I had to 'retire' on disability because of health problems. I spend my days reading, blogging about books, reviewing books, writing and caring for the cats my husband and I rescue from the streets. I would like to get involved with some program(s) advocating for the disabled. And find some employment that involves writing, books and/or advocating for disabled people! I have a rare bone and endocrine disease, McCune-Albright's Syndrome, asthma and some other health concerns. The cat in my profile pic is Bob aka Big Beautiful & Sexy Bob as his vet calls him!
I used to have a cat that took naps in the sink, so I know just what this is like!
ReplyDeleteLol- how cute! I bet Sam would try that if I let him.
ReplyDeleteSomehow I don't think he'd be too happy if you turned the faucet on.
ReplyDeleteHe feels dirty! We've actually had cats that like to hang out when you have having a bath, and one actually fell in. It was hard not to laugh at the indignity.
ReplyDeleteIn had a cat who loved a slowly dripping faucet...emphasis on slowly.
ReplyDeleteI think he wants you to turn it on so he can have a drink. Brian does that in our tub.
ReplyDeleteRecently I discovered my Anni must have been in the bathtub since I found her paw prints as evidence!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a wonderful weekend Amy!
Funny!
